650W BC Bifacial Module: Setting a New Benchmark for High-Efficiency Photovoltaics

As the highlight product of the exhibition, the 650W BC Bifacial Module is equipped with top-tier technologies and delivers outstanding performance. Adaptable to all types of photovoltaic applications, it empowers the global photovoltaic energy transition with its robust capabilities.
Boasting a maximum power output of 665W and a record-high conversion efficiency of 24.62%, this module stands at the industry's forefront. Leveraging the core back-contact (BC) technology, it achieves multiple performance breakthroughs. The back-placed electrode design completely eliminates shading losses from front grid lines, and when combined with double-glass high-transmittance packaging, it delivers a maximum rear-side power gain of 25% and a peak comprehensive power output of 813W, significantly boosting electricity generation compared with conventional modules. With excellent anti-microcracking performance, temperature coefficient, snow and wind load resistance, it is easily adaptable to complex climatic regions such as frigid zones, tropical areas and coastal regions. For instance, under the same installation area, BC products achieve a 5% higher efficiency than equivalent TOPCon products, leading to a notable gap in long-term power generation revenue; the installed capacity of BC modules increases by 9% in the same space, generating 11% more electricity than TOPCon modules. Especially in common scenarios such as high summer temperatures and roof shading, the power generation gain can reach an additional 1.5%-3%, enabling limited installation space to create greater energy value. Under the same shading conditions, the weak conduction design of BC modules reduces the hot spot temperature by up to 77℃ compared with similar TOPCon modules, drastically lowering fire risks.
In terms of quality assurance, the module comes with a 25-year product warranty and a 30-year linear power warranty, maintaining an impressive 88.85% power retention rate after 30 years—far exceeding the industry's standard benchmarks—and safeguarding the full-life-cycle revenue of photovoltaic projects. Its minimalist silver-frame and white-grid design balances structural strength, corrosion resistance and architectural aesthetics, making it suitable for a wide range of installation scenarios. Currently deployed across Europe, this module is widely applied in utility-scale ground-mounted photovoltaic power plants, commercial & industrial distributed photovoltaic systems and high-end residential photovoltaic projects. With its core advantages of high efficiency, high stability and high adaptability, it has become a benchmark choice for photovoltaic projects both at home and abroad.

410W PERC Flexible Module

As a benchmark for lightweight flexible photovoltaics, this frameless and ultra-thin module weighs only 5.8kg and features a 0.5m bending radius, making it ideal for unconventional scenarios such as curved buildings, RVs, yachts and mobile energy systems. With a 20.7% conversion efficiency, combined with UV and anti-microcracking technologies, it balances high-efficiency power generation and environmental weather resistance. Boasting a power density of 191.6~206.7W/㎡, its lightweight and high-transmittance features break the limitations of traditional installation, providing a flexible and efficient green energy solution for distributed special scenarios.

460W TOPCon All-Black Module

A compact all-black aesthetic masterpiece, it adopts 210R wafers integrated with TOPCon bifacial technology, delivering a high conversion efficiency of 23.02% and excellent high-temperature stability with outstanding low-light power generation performance. The bifacial gain further reduces the levelized cost of electricity (LCOE). Its integrated all-black design with black frame and black grid achieves zero visual color difference, seamlessly blending with building facades. With a compact size of 1762mm, it is tailored for high-end residential and small-scale commercial & industrial distributed scenarios with low roof space utilization, perfectly combining aesthetics and efficiency.
       

510W TOPCon All-Black Module

A medium-power all-black adaptive module, it features a layout of 108 N-type monocrystalline 210R wafers and achieves a high conversion efficiency of 23.17%. Empowered by TOPCon technology, it delivers excellent high-temperature anti-degradation and low-light power generation capabilities, with a 15% bifacial gain that significantly boosts system electricity generation. Its all-black design with black frame and black grid meets architectural aesthetic requirements, and its golden size of 1960mm balances power output and installation flexibility. It is the perfect fit for medium and large-scale high-end residential and commercial & industrial distributed photovoltaic projects, striking an optimal balance between revenue and visual experience.

630W TOPCon Bifacial Module

A classic high-density high-efficiency module, it features a high-density layout of 132 210R wafers and achieves a leading conversion efficiency of 23.51% for the same specification. The TOPCon bifacial technology brings excellent high-temperature anti-degradation and bifacial power generation gain, delivering a significant LCOE advantage. Its classic engineering design with silver frame and white grid balances structural stability and visual coordination, and its standard size of 2382mm is adaptable to various large-scale photovoltaic projects. Easy to install and highly compatible, it is a cost-effective and high-efficiency choice for utility-scale ground-mounted power plants and commercial & industrial distributed systems.

725W TOPCon Bifacial Module

A flagship high-power module for large-scale applications, it features a full layout of 132 large-size 210 wafers, boasting a high conversion efficiency of 23.34% and an ultra-high power output of 725W. Backed by TOPCon bifacial technology, it excels in high-temperature stability and low-light performance, with maximized bifacial gain to boost power plant electricity generation. Its silver-frame and full-transmittance design balances the practicality of engineering installation and light transmittance, catering to the cost reduction and efficiency improvement needs of utility-scale ground-mounted power plants and large-scale commercial & industrial distributed projects. A 30-year warranty safeguards the long-term revenue of large-scale projects.
